Adam Talan is a Los Angeles–based director with over a decade of experience across design, animation, and live-action filmmaking. He originally set out to be a storyboard artist, studying illustration before moving through roles in graphic design and illustration, eventually expanding into animation and video. He spent time at Baker Boys Distribution creating work for some of skateboarding’s most influential brands, while simultaneously developing his skills in production through music videos. With a lifelong connection to running and mountain biking, Adam began making films in the outdoor space independently, which naturally evolved into commercial work with brands. Today, he brings together his background in design, animation, VFX, and directing to create idea-driven films that offer a distinct, culture-first perspective on outdoor storytelling.
